Double Storey Extension

We designed this contemporary double-storey rear extension to transform and expand a traditional residential property in Manchester. The goal was to maximise internal space and natural light while maintaining a cohesive connection with the existing home and surrounding context.

On the ground floor, the extension opens up the kitchen area into a spacious, layout ideal for modern family life and entertaining. Upstairs, the extension provides an additional bedroom and en-suite, increasing the functionality and long-term value of the home.
