Retail 3 Storey New Build

The project involves the design of a three-storey new build that combines retail and office functions. The proposed development will consist of:

Ground Floor: Dedicated retail space designed to accommodate one or more commercial tenants. The layout prioritizes accessibility, visibility from the street, and flexible internal configurations to suit a variety of retail uses.

First Floor: Additional retail space, continuing the commercial function from the ground floor. This level is intended to support either a single larger retail unit or be divided into multiple smaller units depending on tenant requirements. Vertical circulation via stairs is centrally located to serve all floors efficiently.

Second Floor: Office space designed to meet the needs of modern professionals and businesses. The office area includes open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, and support facilities (e.g. Canteen, WCs). Large windows and strategic internal layout aim to provide a productive and comfortable working environment.

The design focuses on functionality, accessibility, and sustainability, while responding to urban context and enhancing the street frontage. The façade will incorporate modern materials with clean lines, integrating large glazed openings for natural light and visibility.
