Change of Use Multi Use Building

This project involved the conversion of a large single-unit space into a multi-use commercial property. The scope included subdividing the existing structure to create four individual commercial units and two office units, each with independent access, services, and compliant with local building and zoning regulations. The transformation required architectural reconfiguration, utility upgrades, and interior fit-outs tailored to support flexible leasing and tenant requirements.
