Change of Use Mosque Project

We were commissioned by KUH, an organization based in Birmingham, to obtain planning approval for the conversion of an existing biscuit factory into a multi-purpose religious and educational facility. The proposed development included a mosque on the ground floor, providing prayer space for both male and female worshippers, along with a school and student living accommodation on the first floor.

Our team successfully secured the necessary planning permissions, ensuring the project met all regulatory requirements while aligning with the community’s needs.
